Today I was very interested in the lesson because it was cool to see how maps work and when you actually break it all down you can really see the history of the maps. I learned a lot about longitude and latitude and how they both work more into depth. earth Is a sphere divided into 360 degrees of longitude. I also thought it was interesting that parallels are acts drawn parallel to the equator and at right angles to meridians. I didn't know that master reference time for all points on earth and greenwich time (GMT) is located at the prime meridian at 0 degrees longitude.
