Test Review

Today in class we reviewed that maps we completed on tie zones and relative location. The maps we completed were on relative location and we had to find certain places and marks on the maps and locate them. We also used them to study where things are on the world maps and learn how each one is different. After we were read questions and aloud to choose which ones were to hard and which ones were some what reasonable and easy to answer and we were able to choose which ones we could answer and wanted to be on the test. We also reviewed cartography and how we find coordinates and the distance and degrees of longitude and latitude. We figured out how to find the international dateline and the equator and we found certain points and what the opposite point would be on the opposite side of the map. I also learned a lot in the in class assignment blog on how to find certain points and the longitude and latitude of continents. Overall I feel like the more orally is said on what Is going to be on the test helps me better because then I can take good detailed notes and study them everyday and as we learn more I can study every night after class to have things fresh in my mind. I also think that this unit was very interesting and I really enjoyed it.
