Socrates fought in the Peloponnesian war and I never knew that he was such and important man and how he id so many heroic things. Excellance lead to having the first democracy established in 508 BC  which was the first ever democracy created. Socrates also worked with young students in workshops and his method he used was very relatable to the scientific method. He also worked as a stonemason and had a very unique death. Socrates also worked right outside of the agora which was a place for gathering and people called it the center of life. I also learned that polis was a political entities ruled by their bodies of citizens.
